SPDG EVALUATION TEAM

SPDG projects are required to assess, on a regular basis, the extent to which the strategies implemented have been effective in meeting the prescribed performance goals. To accomplish the evaluation tasks for the Arkansas project, Public Sector Consultants of Lansing, Michigan has been hired to serve as the Arkansas Grant Evaluator.

PSC’s role includes development and implementation of the program evaluation system needed to demonstrate the implementation integrity, outcomes, and scaling-up success of the Arkansas project. In addition, PSC assists in the data analysis, interpretation, presentation, and write-up process needed to complete annual reports required by the US Department of Education, and other related reports or presentations needed by the Arkansas Department of Education.

PSC has assembled an evaluation project team with a broad range of experience in the education and evaluation fields. Our consultants have a wealth of program evaluation experience including plan design; instrument and protocol development; data collection, analysis, and interpretation; and report writing and dissemination.
